His expertise lies in growing advertiser engagement through data-driven solutions and leading high-performing teams, positioning Rohlik Group as a leader in Retail Media innovation across diverse European markets.

Alexander von Woikowsky is Managing Director of Goldvertise and has more than 20 years of experience in the successful capitalization of media companies.

He began his career at IP Deutschland as Sales Manager before moving to InteractiveMedia (now Ströer) in London to manage the international sales business. He then worked for many year at ProSiebenSat.1 in the role of Director Key Account Management Distribution. In 2018, he co-founded Joyn, the platform of Maxdome and 7TV, having previously been Managing Director at Maxdome.

In 2019, he took over the position of Managing Director at Burda Studios Pictures, where he drove the video strategy and contributed his in-depth knowledge of the digital sector. In addition, he supported various companies in the areas of digitization, moving image and strategy. He has worked as a consultant for Goldbach Germany i.e.

Teddy is an award-winning strategist, marketing and media professional inducted into Forbes ’30 Under 30′, INMA ’30 Under 30′, The Future100, BIMA100, awarded ‘Outstanding Transformation of the Year’ and more. She is at the forefront of leading the Programmatic division at Condé Nast – an exclusive mass media company reaching 1B+ consumers in 32 countries. She manages the go-to-market strategy for the British market, overseeing the activity for Vogue, Tatler, CN Traveller, GQ, Wired, the World of Interiors, House & Garden, Glamour, AD and Vanity Fair. Teddy also supports the Western European markets with their go-to-market Programmatic strategies, planning and implementations, while working with her ever-growing global portfolio of clients.

As Managing Director, Moritz Hoffmann oversees all Retail Media, Data & AdTech activities at the pilot Agency Group across all locations. He supports advertisers in integrating retail media measures into their media planning as well as their wider organization and advises retailers on developing their own data and media inventories. Pilot’s clients include Procter & Gamble, Dr. Oetker, PepsiCo, and OBI.

Previously, Moritz worked for the delivery service Gorillas as General Manager Germany and was responsible for all e-commerce and advertising activities as Senior Director Global Retail Media. His career also includes management roles at platforms and digital marketplaces such as Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd. and Deliveroo.

As Chairman Retail Media Ecosystem at the German Federal Association of the Digital Economy (IAB Germany), Moritz is dedicated to achieving industry-wide standardization and competitiveness, and to create transparency regarding infrastructural development opportunities for retailers.

Charina is the Managing Director of Retail Media for the European Retail Media Business at DOUGLAS, which operates under the name DOUGLAS Marketing Solutions. Charina began her career with US-based female-forward wellness and lifestyle publishers including Oprah Winfrey and Martha Stewart, before co-founding the women’s health and fitness non-profit, Movemeant Foundation. From there, her career led her to retail and product development in the US and abroad where she has innovated everything from hard goods for leading eCommerce brands, to digital goods including retail media advertising solutions that drive bottom line revenue growth for the brands she represents.

Bartosz Bielecki, CMO of Commerce Media Tech and IAB Poland’s E-Commerce and Retail Media Deputy Head, leverages over 10 years of digital marketing expertise to maximize retailer advertising revenue through strategic data and technology applications.
