Charina Lumley

Charina is the Managing Director of Retail Media for the European Retail Media Business at DOUGLAS, which operates under the name DOUGLAS Marketing Solutions. Charina began her career with US-based female-forward wellness and lifestyle publishers including Oprah Winfrey and Martha Stewart, before co-founding the women’s health and fitness non-profit, Movemeant Foundation. From there, her career led her to retail and product development in the US and abroad where she has innovated everything from hard goods for leading eCommerce brands, to digital goods including retail media advertising solutions that drive bottom line revenue growth for the brands she represents.
