Devrim Melek

Devrim Melek is the Senior Vice President of Strategy at OSN, where she drives the company’s long-term vision and direction. With over 20 years of experience in the media and telecom sectors, her expertise has transformed OSN’s audience interactions and given the company a competitive edge by identifying customer needs.

Devrim has led initiatives to design innovative solutions, notably contributing to the launch of OSN’s dishless streaming product, OSNtv. Prior to OSN, she served as TV Marketing Director at Turk Telekom and Marketing Director at Digiturk, where she successfully implemented consumer segmentation and portfolio strategies.

She also spearheaded brand positioning and a comprehensive 360-degree communication campaign, achieving historically high scores in Pay TV communication and reinforcing OSN’s market leadership.

Devrim holds an Executive MBA from Istanbul Technical University, a Master’s in Fluid Dynamics from Istanbul University, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution. She also completed Executive Education in Neuroscience for Business at MIT Sloan in 2021, contributing to her success in the media and telecom industries.
