J. Ignacio Gonzalez-Nunez

J. Ignacio Gonzalez-Nunez is the Senior Vice-President of Media Sales in America for Eutelsat. Previously, he served as Vice-President of Business Development and Group Chief Risk Officer. His international experience, strategic vision, and leadership were key for the successful expansion of Eutelsat business in the Americas via organic ground and inorganic acquisitions.

Ignacio was a board member at Eutelsat Latin America from 2014 to 2020. From 2007 to 2014, he represented Eutelsat as alternate director of the European Association of Satellite Operators, where he was elected Vice-Chairman in 2007. In 2018, he promoted the creation of the Colombian Space Agency, where he was an Associate Member.

Ignacio holds a Master of Business Administration from the IE Business School and a Master of Science on Spacecraft Technology & Satellite Comms from the University College London. He holds several additional certifications, including Certificates by Harvard Business School in Business Analytics & Global Business and by the University of Liverpool in Sports Business and Management.
