Jennifer Hess

Jennifer Hess is Vice President, Global Ad operations at Fubo, the live TV streaming platform whose global mission is to aggregate the best in TV, including premium sports, news and entertainment content, through a single app.

As VP of global ad operations, Hess plays a key role in monetizing video, sponsorship and programmatic advertising revenue seamlessly across our virtual MVPD and distribution platforms. In addition to spearheading all ad server and supply-side platform activities, Hess also oversees account management, yield management and sales operations. Across all her endeavors, Hess drives operational excellence by building consensus, attending to detail and prioritizing efficient revenue delivery.

With 25 years of experience, Hess is a veteran of the media and ad tech industries. The early days of her career were spent cutting her teeth in media planning for J. Walter Thompson, Deutsch Inc. and GroupM. She then spent several years building and running sales planning and insights practices at Undertone. Prior to Fubo, she ensured excellence in programmatic and addressable media across Dentsu and Merkle.

Hess graduated from Haverford College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She lives in Colts Neck, NJ with her husband Michael, sons Zack and Luke, and their dog, Pickles. She enjoys relaxing on the Jersey Shore and coaching Zack’s travel soccer team. Go Thunder!
