Malgorzata Stepnicka is a seasoned marketing professional with a robust background in media management and brand communication strategy execution across multiple industries. Recently, she has served as Marketing Director at Audika ACS, where she led multiple initiatives to help more people hear better. In addition, she offers comprehensive marketing services as the owner of Marketing Trends, driving brand launches and strategic marketing initiatives for companies.

With 15 years of experience in the media market, Malgorzata has held pivotal roles at Starcom, Mindshare, Wavemaker, Havas Media, and Onet. At Starcom, she led digital efforts for Grupa Żywiec, optimizing digital KPIs and media strategies, and also executed e- commerce-related partnerships for VISA. During her time at Mindshare, she spearheaded media planning for top-tier clients such as T-Mobile and Unilever, earning two Effie Awards for innovative charity activations for Fundacja Hospicjum Onkologiczne w Warszawie. At Wavemaker, she directed media strategies for major brands such as Nestle and Colgate-Palmolive, while at Havas Media, she enhanced the market presence of Hyundai and HBO through precise media execution and leveraging brand impact.

Malgorzata holds a Master’s degree in E-Business, along with certifications, highlighting her expertise in communication strategy and using data-driven insights to maximize brand impact.
