Moritz Hoffmann

As Managing Director, Moritz Hoffmann oversees all Retail Media, Data & AdTech activities at the pilot Agency Group across all locations. He supports advertisers in integrating retail media measures into their media planning as well as their wider organization and advises retailers on developing their own data and media inventories. Pilot’s clients include Procter & Gamble, Dr. Oetker, PepsiCo, and OBI.
Previously, Moritz worked for the delivery service Gorillas as General Manager Germany and was responsible for all e-commerce and advertising activities as Senior Director Global Retail Media. His career also includes management roles at platforms and digital marketplaces such as Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd. and Deliveroo.
As Chairman Retail Media Ecosystem at the German Federal Association of the Digital Economy (IAB Germany), Moritz is dedicated to achieving industry-wide standardization and competitiveness, and to create transparency regarding infrastructural development opportunities for retailers.
