Reem Monged is the Regional Head of Creative & Design at Tim Hortons Middle East, playing a key role in shaping the brand’s visual identity and creative strategy across six markets in the GCC. With a rich and diverse background that spans both advertising agencies and client-side roles, she brings a unique understanding of the marketing and design landscape. Reem’s strategic approach to marketing and creative planning is evident in her work on new menu engineering, product launches, digital marketing, seasonal packaging, commercials, event activations, and more. She leads a talented team of designers and creatives, guiding the department’s vision and execution from origination concepts through to comprehensive 360-degree campaign implementation, including ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing approaches.
