Tanya Sikroria

Tanya is a Senior Retail Media Lead with experience across Europe and Middle East. She joined Criteo UK in 2020, where she worked with top tier, multi-market Retailers in UK & Europe consulting with them across their retail media and monetization strategy. She relocated to the region in April this year to grow Criteo’s Retail Media Business across Middle East and Africa. Tanya has experience of building and scaling Retail Media Programs of retailers across Grocery, Quick Commerce, Consumer Electronics, Fashion and General Retail.
She started her career at Google, after which she went on to set up Omnicom’s Programmatic Arm in India and later led Performance Marketing teams at PHD EMEA.
Tanya holds an MBA from INSEAD.
