Sarah Ostertag is Executive Product & Service Owner – Trade-In & Second Life at Vodafone Germany, where she drives circularity in consumer electronics. With over 12 years at Vodafone in both local and global roles, Sarah has led the Trade-In program at Vodafone Germany for more than six years, enabling customers to return devices for credit and supporting sustainable lifecycle management.
In her current role, Sarah is spearheading Vodafone’s “Second Life” refurbished-device initiative, launched this summer in partnership with Recommerce.
Sarah began her career with an engineering background and consulting experience before moving into product management at Vodafone in 2010.
