Inga Alika

Inga Alika is currently leading the digital transformation strategy for Latvian Public Media (LSM), the newly unified national broadcaster formed through the merger of Latvian Television and Latvian Radio. In this role, she is spearheading the development of an audience-first, platform-centric public media ecosystem built for the digital age.

She is also the Founder and CEO of Alika Media and Tech, a strategic foresight and digital transformation agency. With over 20 years of executive leadership in the Technology, Media, and Telecom sectors, Inga advises broadcasters, streamers, and telecom operators across Europe on digital strategy, platform development, and future scenario planning.

Previously, as VP of TV and Entertainment at TET Group (a Telia Company), Inga built the pay TV business from the ground up, achieving over 50% market share in Latvia. She led the launch of the company’s proprietary streaming service, established a local content studio, and forged strategic partnerships with global platforms—transforming a traditional telco into a modern media player.

Inga is a member of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (Emmy Awards) and an active speaker on digital transformation and customer centric media innovation.
