Inga Alika is a seasoned media and technology executive with over 20 years of experience in the Technology, Media, and Telecom sectors. As the founder and CEO of Alika Media and Tech, she provides executive consultancy to telcos, broadcasters, streaming services, and content media houses, specializing in content strategy and leveraging data-driven approaches to drive audience engagement and revenue growth.
In her previous role as VP of TV and Entertainment at TET Group, Inga secured a 50% pay-TV market share in Latvia, led the launch of an innovative in-house OTT streaming platform, established Tet Studio for original content production, and secured strategic partnerships with global studios, broadcasters, and platforms.

Inga’s expertise spans content and tech development, transforming legacy businesses into new revenue streams, with a proven track record of reshaping businesses for long-term success. She is also a member of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (Emmys).
