He collaborates with major players in the TV and media industry, providing advice and guidance on using recommendations, search and content discovery to personalize the viewing experience, delivering tangible uplift to customers. This extends to cutting-edge generative AI, voice-activated discovery, 1 st party advertising data and AI-driven FAST and channel scheduling. Richard’s international role at ThinkAnalytics spans technical sales, business development as well as working with our customers to ensure they get the most from personalisation.
