Victoria Davies is a senior media executive and strategic advisor to clients in media, sports, entertainment and tech. As Managing Partner at Davies, Stoychev & Partners, Victoria advises clients on digital transformation, international expansion, M&A evaluation and integration, revenue and product growth strategy, and hybrid monetisation models. She is an expert in scaling up market- driven businesses into regional powerhouses.

Until 2021, Victoria served as SVP and General Manager of 32 markets for Warner Bros. Discovery.

She led the business transformation in Central & Eastern Europe, Turkey, Greece, Israel, and Central Asia for well-loved brands such as Eurosport, Discovery and TLC and developed a world-class team across 9 locations. She transformed her remit from a pay-tv business into a diversified media ecosystem for entertainment and sports in the pay-tv, free-to-air and streaming environments.

Victoria has an impressive track record of delivering transformative growth for media businesses in Europe, Africa and Asia. Highlights include leading post M&A integrations for Eurosport and Scripps to create significant new value through a combined portfolio and organization, developing the growth playbook for B2B partnerships of streaming services, and spearheading the launch of the TLC brand in several European markets to become #1 in category.

Victoria holds an MBA and BA in German & Serbian/Croatian and is fluent in Bulgarian. When partnering with her clients on new value creation, she leverages her multi-cultural mindset and cross-functional expertise in growth strategy, content and product strategy, operational excellence, organizational alignment, and digital transformation to deliver winning strategies.
