About the Speaker
Benjamin Odell is a media executive, producer, and strategist at the forefront of the convergence between legacy entertainment and creator-driven media. As CEO and co-founder of 3Pas Studios, alongside Eugenio Derbez, he has scaled the company into a global, multi-platform studio spanning film, television, and digital content, with audience reach in the hundreds of millions worldwide. Most recently, Odell has led 3Pas’s expansion beyond traditional film and television into digital-first studios and community-driven IP. Odell’s projects have earned recognition across the industry, including Emmys, International Emmys, Academy Awards, Critics Choice Awards, Sundance Grand Jury and Audience Awards, and top honors from the Mexican, Spanish, and Argentine academies. His work has also set box office and viewership records across the U.S. and Latin America, including multiple all-time hits in Mexico and the region. A former screenwriter turned executive, Odell combines creative instinct with operational leadership, focused on building sustainable, globally scalable storytelling ecosystems. He is also the founder of Open Gardens, a widely read Substack exploring the collision of legacy media and the creator economy.
